Who can act InSail.dk?
Anyone can act on InSail.dk, but children and adolescents under 18 years old can only act by parents or others who may lawfully act on the child or young person's behalf.

On www.insail.dk you can only order products through our website. If you have requests for items not on the page, please feel free to contact us.

All prices incl. VAT and other taxes. Prices are fair prices.

When you deal with www.insail.dk agreements in the following languages:

It is possible to view previous orders by login on the website. But if you want to receive a copy of your confirmation, please send an email to info@insail.dk. 


How to shop with us
To make a purchase on www.insail.dk you through 6 steps.

Find the item you want and put them into the shopping cart, then proceed to checkout.

Select shipping / payment method
Accept our terms
Check that all information is correct and approve purchase

Payment
On www.insail.dk can be paid by:


Payment by bank transfer
Visa (amount + 3.75%) after the current rules
MasterCard (amount + 3.75%) after the current rules

Posed a card fee, using the various payment options. The fee for using the respective debit and means are reported in parenthesis.

The amount is first raised on your card when goods are dispatched from www.insail.dk. There can never be deducted an amount greater than what you have approved the acquisition.


We encrypt all information with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol. This means that unauthorized persons can not read your card number or other information during the transaction with PBS.


Shipping
To get your goods delivered, you pay shipping. The freight will depend on package weight and size. 

Below you can see what your shipping costs:


Abroad:
0 to 2 kg = 210 DKK
2 to 3 pounds = 240 DKK
3 to 4 kg = 270 DKK

Then assigns a 30 kr. kg

Delivery
Delivery is with Post Denmark. Delivery time is 2-4 working days. We ship to Denmark, Finland, Norway, Sweden, England, Spain, Germany.


Returns
You always have 14 days to cancel when you shop at www.insail.dk. The right of withdrawal begin from the day you receive your product.
The right of withdrawal can only be exploited if the goods are returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses So if you use the product in a manner that clearly reduces the sales value significantly.

Claims

Note We do not accept packages sent by fax. following requirements or similar.
